Processing All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times After processing, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks for all European Union countries. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and external delays beyond our control (customs, carriers, etc.).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
